Overview:

Sets node release to 10.3.1 and cardano-cli release to 10.7.0.0.

Details:

  • Important versioning updates:
    • Cardano-node release is now 10.3.1
    • Cardano-cli release is now 10.7.0.0
  • Rotates KES for mainnet (non-prod), preprod, preview
  • Set a max runtime for ipfs service to avoid slow memleak oom
  • Scales preview for ram capacity
  • Deploys node 10.3.1 to remaining machines
  • Deploys book configuration updates for 10.3.1 promotion
